An Experienced Executive

Great professional achievements are only accomplished through strong leadership and effective teamwork. Throughout my 20-year career as a general manager and brand marketing executive I have been responsible for a $2B product portfolio, managed a team of 40 professional marketers, and led enormous cross-functional teams. So it makes sense that I have experienced many leadership challenges, set-backs and personal and professional growth phases.

As a senior leader I was especially drawn to serving and empowering others in their development.

Some of my proudest career moments were unlocking the potential of my direct reports through insightful and realistic development plans, coaching for promotion, and guiding teams to their highest levels of performance.

Discovering My Own Purpose

Throughout my career I was a student of leadership development and was in constant pursuit of the next promotion and adventure—following my desire to learn and grow. About 3 years ago, however, I had a moment of truth—I was achieving, but was I really fulfilled?

Was I “on purpose”? What, in fact, was my purpose?

The journey to defining one’s purpose can be difficult and frustrating. In my quest for clarity and fulfillment, I was grateful to find a coach to listen, support and validate my approach to finding and becoming my best self in business and life.

Taking it to Professional Coaching

Recently, I received several professional coaching accreditations to fortify my coaching platform with the latest knowledge, tools and techniques.

In my coaching business I now leverage my personal leadership experiences and professional knowledge to help successful business professionals break out of their comfort zones and accelerate their growth, impact and achievements.

A little more about me

I’ve known my path was in the business world since the age of 14 when I took over my brother’s expanding newspaper delivery business. Upon graduation from Indiana University’s School of Business I began my professional business career. Soon after, following my desire to expand my expertise, I received my MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

I’ve worked, progressed and grown both personally and professionally vis-à-vis leadership roles at esteemed multinational brands like Honeywell, General Mills, Jack In The Box and Starbucks.

Currently, I reside in Seattle with my husband and our Shih Tzu Poodle. Our daughter is a student at Boston University.

I am passionate about a great cup of morning coffee and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes at dinnertime. I have been a swimmer my entire life and most days of the week, I can be found at the pool doing laps. Recently, I was introduced to Pickleball and I have loved the challenge of learning a new sport.
